Intelligent Community Forum (ICF) co-founder Louis Zacharilla and committee visited SIRT’s studio for an official Top 7 Intelligent Communities site visit, an important step in our city’s bid to be named the Intelligent Community of the Year for 2014. The site visit highlighted for Mr. Zacharilla just how SIRT’s robust ecosystem of innovation programs, digital policies and advocacy initiatives enhance Toronto's work to build an Intelligent Community.
