New workflows and new standards mean that over the next few years there will be a dramatic increase in the quality of the images we can see, both at home and in the cinema. Better colour, higher resolutions and high dynamic range are coming together to transform the viewing experience. But the best thing is that many of the cameras we are using today are capable of producing images compatible with these new standards.
